Kids being sick alot

This past winter was hard on us,my 1 year old was sick alot, first it was the flu for a week, then my hubby got the flu for 4 days( and yup we all had our flu shot) then the baby got a small cold then she had a bad case of Roseola, and let me tell you she was cranky!!!! For days on end all she would do was cry & want to be held. Finally things to settle down in our house, then my 3 year gets the chickenpox, and guess who up next to the bat for the chickenpox, the baby............................I can't wait for the weather to warm up,because right now its April its still cold in Montreal.

That wasn't the flu, it was probably that norwal virus that went around for the whole year, Flu is like a very bad chest cold that won't go away for weeks. There seem to be a lotof diseases going around this year, don't there? Perhaps its the global warming thing settling in Canada. If it makes you feel any better, Its snowing right now in Calgary

No, it was the flu bug dr confirmed it. As for the OTHER flu bug i know what your are talking about both my parents had it and it took forever to go away,my mother had a really,really bad cough,coughing up stuff. Finally it went away on its own. And you guys are having snow in Calary?? Hehehe we had snow on Easter they are saying for Friday snow again............ggggrr.
