Anyone who has been a Project Manager for an extended period of time would want to be certififed. It takes a lot of hard work and by getting the certification you show your compentcy in your job and increase the amount of money you have the capability of making.

Project Management Professional. It is a certification that project managers can take after they have been in the field for a few years. It is a fairly new certification and is ment for seasoned project managers.
