How Many Hours Do You Sleep A Day??

The amount of sleep depends on many factors especially your age. As you get older your sleeping patterns change. Older adults tend to sleep more less and awaken more frequently in the night than younger adults. I'm struggling to get to sleep at times. I often wake up during the night and have the odd snack just to help me get back into sleep mode. I usually sleep about 6 to 7 hours. How long do you sleep for? Do you find it hard to sleep like me?

I have definitely noticed that I require less sleep now than I used to before. I usually sleep for about six to seven hours a night on weekdays when I have work. On weekends I usually sleep more than usual for a strange reason. On a saturday night for example, I sleep for about eleven to twelve hours at night and by the time I wake up on sunday it is already past noon. Maybe that is partly due to the fact that I also sleep late on saturday nights.

Of course age is important factor deciding the number of hours one will sleep.Because young people go to work,so get tired and go to tight sleep. While older people remain awaken because of no exercise to their body. Its really good you wake up in nights it will help you do more work.My best way to go to sleep is i hold any book in front of me to read when am in bed,i never get known when i fell sleep.

with me working the night schedule, spending over 5 hours a day on the busy line, and trying to spend at least 3 hours to myself, i barely get 5 to 6 hours of sleep per day.

Last night I slept six hours, maybe a little less. It wasn't enough for me and I woke up tired (but I'd also slept about that much the night before too). I guess eight hours of sleep for me at least is adequate, and I don't wake up feeling exhausted in the morning (unless it's the first night I'd slept good in days, of course). My new kitten plays a big role in my sleep schedule now. She'll love waking me up at four in the morning (or not letting me fall asleep until one or two) to play with her, or just because she's being crazy. Of course I love her though and even if she ruins my sleep cycles I would never trade her for more sleep. ;) I like getting at least eight hours. It's a healthy amount and it makes me feel good. Nine is nice too but no more than that or I feel drowsy when I wake up still. But not less than seven... Seven to nine hours of sleep is an okay amount, preferrably eight or nine hours.

Mine is 6 to 8 or so,I'm a typical night-type~ what I am happy about the quality of my sleep is quite goooood, when I am sleeping, even the thunder can not wake me up :),friends of mine get so envy about this~ I used sleep a lot,but right now I am little bit aspirant~so I sacrifice my long sleep~~but the moment I touch my lovely bed,I'll soon get to deep sleep~~
