I am very big on oral hygene. I brush my teeth when i wake up, right after breakfast, after lunch, after dinner and right before bed. It is very important to brush before bed. I know that sometimes I lay down to watch a show and fall asleep before brushing, but when I wake up later in the night, I get up and brush.

I brush my teeth at least twice a day. I always brush them in the morning after breakfast. I have always felt that after breakfast my breath smells and my teeth are dirty. Brushing then allows me to get the breakfast germs out of my mouth and allows my mouth to become freshened up for the day. If I can I sometime brush after lunch just to get those germs off. I also always brush at night before bed. This isn't for the fresh breath as much as it is for the germ killing. Brushing before bed gets rid of all the germs in your mouth from the day. It gets rid of them and prevents them from settling down in your mouth and decaying your teeth/ making cavities overnight.
