Query about University?

Does universities allow you to apply in a masters degree which has a complete opposite discipline than you bachelors degree? Like can I do masters in an area of art/humanities while my bachelors is in finance/accounting?

I think it doesn't matter as long as you meet their requirement, such as entry examination.
