The best way to alleviate sore feet is to find the best shoes for the job..if you stand on concrete there are shoes for that...if you walk all day..there are shoes for that..I know some people don't want to buy "expensive" shoes for work...but you have to have good ( not necessarily expensive) shoes to be able to do your job comfortably...and also stretching your legs ( hamstrings) can help your feet too...Try to do some research on the type of surface you work on and find shoes to fit the bill...you will have invested in a wonderful thing...comfort!!! Soaking your feet tonight in warm/hot water..thoroughly drying them and then ( this will sound weird) but rolling them on a can of soup or something of that size..lightly rolling it under your feet will ease the tight tendons and muscles..never more than 2 minutes per foot..Good luck!!!

It will get worse before it gets better my only advice is to just stick it out because it will get better. You should also invest in some good shoes.
