try this if you like it. i like to make it this way, i means, i never made it, either my hubby or my cook makes it. 1/2 to 3/4 pound bulk pork sausage 1/4 cup butter 1/4 cup all porpose flour 3 to 3 1/2 cups milk salt and freshly grounded ppper to taste in a 10 inch skillet cook sausage until well done drain off the excess fat. Add butter and melt over medium high heat , add flour and milk and cook for 1 minute. stir constantly. Slowly pour in milk . Stir in constantly . Bring to a boil.reduce the heat and cook until thickened, stirring constantly . Serve gravy ladled over split biscuits. EASIET DROP BISCUITS 2 cup biscuits mix. 2/3 cup milk preheat oven to 425 degree F. In medium bowl , stir ingredients together with a fork until just mixed. Drop by large spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. bake for about 12-15 min. or until golden brown. it is done.

I make mine from a premade recipe too. Biscuits and gravy is my favorite breakfast food. I am going to have to keep on checking back to see if anyone has any good recipes are posted here
