The Food Network came to my town!!

Last Friday (April 6th), Guy Fieri and a crew from the Food Network came to my town to tape part of an episode for Guy's new show - Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. They were at the Triple XXX restaurant just a couple of minutes from the Purdue University campus. Too bad I didn't know ahead of time they were going to be there - I had last Friday off from work...might have had my 2 seconds of fame if I had been there lol From what I've heard, they were there all day taping - the episode airs at 10 PM April 23rd....so don't miss it if you want to see a really great place to eat - not to mention that my brother and one of my sisters both worked there when they were in high school rofl.

Wow that's neat. Sounds like you have my luck. Always a day late and a dollar short....lol Unfortunately I don't get the food network so I won't be able to watch it....:-(

Ah, the Food Network. You know, the best thing about that channel is Rachael Ray. She has some of the cutest feet in the cooking business. If you're lucky, you can catch quick glimpses of them during her $40 a Day show. Oh, Rachel, show us more.
