Morale ..it cannot be defined or measured properly. It flows from low to high . Anyone who is happy,optimistic,friendly and secure ...he/she possess High morale. Feeling unhappy, would like to be quarrelsome,get irritated ..the person possess Low morale. So try to boost up your morale .. be happy,friendly and welcome the good things of life and hope for the best to happen.
