Do You Believe In Fortune Tellers?

In my country fortune tellers on a loose. They're not been caught. Not steps are been taken to protect people from these fakies. What can someone do about it??? The public sure can't. I mean for real. If they take the authority in their hands then why would be the police and law needed for. So, you see there's nothing in our country we can do to believe in these fakies.
What do you think? Do you show your hand or ever tried to know you're fortune.
I remember a thing my friend told me. It goes like this
" An unemployed person goes to a fortune teller and tells him about himself and his situation. The fortune teller tells him that you'll get poor after two years and the next three years you'll remain poor. The person asks ' after that?' The fortune teller replies ' you'll get used to be poor' LOL!!!
Please tell me about this phenomena as it's nonetheless a phenomena. LOL!!!

I am a kind of person who really believes in what people say and especially fortune tellers. I once went to a very famous fortune teller who didn't know anything about me( i made no appointments)
He told me things which was quite true. I asked him how my carrer is going to be like when i am a bit older and that if i could get my dream job. And he said no, i was better off helping my dad's business but i don't want to rely on people and i would really like to get my dream job. I really believed him and i still kind of do.

Well i don't really think somone can forbidde fortune tellers, and you are the only one that can decide if they are a fake or not. the country usually sees them as buisness owners or freelancers, and that is fine with me.
i usually do not believe in fortune tellers, but i did have an experiance with one of them, so now i really am carful about saying that i do not believe in it.
There are people that are born with special abilities.
