Spiderman VS Venom

Who will win the ultimate battle? I believe that Venom will win spiderman, he is like the ultimate super-velin, what do you think?

Spiderman will always Win. Spiderman is a Hero and Heroes never die, they get stronger every time they are defeated, until one day they become legends. Spiderman is an immortal as long as there are people who believe in heroes.

i don't think so because loud sound is a weakness of venoms and hurts him real bad,so all spider-man has to do is get him close to a clock tower an ring the bell(like in the cartoon)
