I'm with you on this one, I was up till after 5 this morning not sleeping, I honestly don't know why, I've got no money or health worries, in fact my life is pretty good for the first time in 35 years, perhaps thats the problem? As regards to dreaming, I honestly believe that it has alot to do with what you've eaten as to whether you dream. I usually can only remember a dream if I have a sleep in the day, not sure whether it's because I'm only lightly sleeping - more likely I don't sleep at night!

Hi lena2000. You DO have a life. So what if you can't sleep sometimes.
My problem is, sometimes, I can't turn my brain off. I lay in bed and a thousand things all go through my head in just minutes. I end up thinking about writing or updating things online and I get up and end up staying up all night.
I do this about once a week. The good thing is, I get really caught up with my online chores. I update my blog better, my websites, and really go to town here on mylot.
Normally, I have to take sleeping aids to get me to wind down. Days like today, I'll take a couple of excedrin migraine tablets and be fit for a full day. Of course tonight I'll crash like an old computer, but I know I'll sleep good. (if I make it through the whole day).
Just because you can't sleep doesn't mean you don't have a life. If that's the case there are a whole lot of us who are missing out on something! Wonder what it is.....
