does anybody know how to stand/handle siblings?

Does anybody in this world with a sibling knows how to handle ones who are smaller than you.I am not able to stand or handle my younger siblings as they frustrate me.whenever something new comes into the home they are the first to use it and not me.when ever they do something wrong they are not punished but when we do something wrong we are punished.when the reason is asked it is said that because they are small so they won't be punished.This frustrates me more and then i m harsh to them.
