Since there are many divorces nowadays, what are your views on pre-nuptial agreement? Would you be mad if your partner ask you to sign it, or would you be glad to do it?

I think in some cases where you are talking big money a Pre Nup is a great and needed idea really..Would I be upset if I was asked to sign one? No not at all provided it was a FAIR Pre Nup....

Yes it really needs to be fair and not one-sided.

Actually, I'm for Pre-Nup if the person I'm marrying already has a previous marriage and have kids to support as that is actually a law in our country. However, if we're both getting married for the first time, I don't want a pre-nup. It's like he's already looking into the future and saying, "this probably won't last I better have security".

I would feel comfortable if my partner and I had a pre-nuptial agreement. In times like these, I think it would be better off if both of us would be protected. I won't be made if my partner would ask me to sign one.

There are alot of cases where there is family money involved and prenuptual agreements are neccessary. It's hard to condone endangering the income of alot of people for the sake of romantic notions. If the situation came up (it won't as I'm already married to someone with no family fortune) I would sign no problem as long as the agreement didn't include giving up my children in the case of a divorce.

hi! as for me since marriage is a sacred vow of a couple inlove and who decided to stay together through thick and thin as for me, im negative on pre-nuptial agreement because if both of you decided to live life together, everything should be shared right? everything should be a conjugal property. just my own point of view..:)
