Well done to your granddaughter for passing her driving test, great news for you in a day tinged with sadness. My daughter is taking driving lessons at the moment and has picked it up quite naturally, although I'm sure nerves will get the better of her when it comes to taking her test!

Oh weemam, I know what you're feeling. Seeing our little ones is always a pleasure worth looking at. Although, I don't have any grandchildren yet, I sure hope to see and cuddled one of my own somebody. I applaud you for being a good mother. I know I kept saying that because really, being a parents IS not easy. It is not exactly everyone's dream job but it is fulfilling and one that we will not exchange for anything else. PS: I'm glad to see you got back your 10 star rating. You got a lot of friends here to help you out.

Yes, I agree with you. It is a special blessing to have a family whose members are so close to each other. Sorry about your friend, hope you get over it soon. It´s great that your granddaughter passed her driving test even though she had to study at school. She must be a very determined young lady. XXX Dana

Glad to know about your family and that your grand daughter got her license. I believe, its several times more difficult to get a license in your country than in India, because the rules are more strict and the examining officers are bothered about the public, so people sometimes actually fail in driving tests, unlike here, where everyone passes.

Well that is good news. I am very pleased for your granddaughter, and also for you, because I can see how proud you are. Sometimes we forget how important family and our loved ones are to us - to be surrounded by a close, loving and supportive family is one of the greatest things. Take care.

She got her very first car and took it out for a spin and the look on her face was awesome. She was SO proud of herself lol. Many congratulations again :o)
