Can anyone tell me why we see dreams in our sleep?

i believe it is linked to what is going in our lives, our brains obviously do not rest while we sleep the way they occupy is by analysing what is ongoing in our lives, if you are at a point in your life where strees and financial problems are high then you will have more nightmares or dreams will have a bad end, if you are feeling confident and elf esteem is high then you may be a hero or good guy in your dreams, apparently every dream is linked to a part of life.

hi there.. i have read that some times dreams are reflections and signals from our future or past. Time limits are crossed in Dreams. Once, in a dream i realized that i m in a dream. I realized because creepy things were happening and i tried to wakeup and i did it!
