You must have heard that there certain communities that value female circumcision, do you consider it to be a healthy practice?

Is there such thing as female circumcision? I know that circumcision applies to male only because it is the foreskin of the male organ which is to be cut. There's no such thing as foreskin of the female organ. Circumcision was a sign for God's people in the Holy Bible.

Yes there is absolutely a such thing as female circumcision. Millions of women around the world are mutilated by it. Sometimes it is the "hood" that is removed which is pretty similar to a man's foreskin. Sometimes it is the inner labia that is removed.Sometimes it is the inner & outer labia. Occasionally girls' labia are stitched together leaving a small hole for urine & menses to pass. That is done to ensure that a girl is a virgin when she marries. It's all barbaric (as is male circumcision) and parents need to educate themselves & stop allowing their babies to be butchered in these ways.

I don't think genital mutilation on women or men is a great thing at all. It's not healthy, it's unncessary surgery with no benefits.
