Do you still like writing letters?

When I was in high school and college, my best friend and I used to exchange letters every single day. We were so close that the hours in school and the hours we spent on the telephone were not enough to tell every single thing we had in mind! I hardly write or even receive any letter these days. If I want to communicate with my friends, the email is always the easiest and most convenient way to reach them all. But I do miss receiving letters, though. Most of the mail I usually receive these days are bills, and gosh, that's not a lot of fun to read! I used to keep the letters my friends wrote me but when i moved out of our home, I guess my old letters had been misplaced.

Although e-mail is more convenient, I still like writing letters to my loved ones and friends. There is a personal touch in writing letters, and somehow you are sharing a part of yourself to the person you are sending it.

Yes, i guess you're right... it's just that with email around, it seems like it would take ages before the mail reaches the person you want to send your letter to... especially if they are from a different country..

yes, i still like to write letters...nowadays, people have this techi-communication tools like cellphones(thru text messages), computers(thru e-mails) etc...which is much easier to do...i think, writing letters is still the best way to do coz letters can be kept and treasured...

no i do not. in fact i never used to like writing letters.
but now i do write emails, which are very short and to the point.

Well I think I've just gotten too used to the internet now and keeping in contact with most friends that way. It is so nice though to recieve a letter from a dear friend from time to time. I do write to a couple of friends who don't have computers yet but I'm trying to persuade everyone to get one, since "everyone's doing it", lol. I love though to spend my time writing a nice letter when I do and I always try to make a little package and surprise my friends when I send them the letter.

no.i am not writing letters to my freinds and relatives now.i used to write letters to them before I introduced to internet.i used to write letters to my parents when i was in college in a different location ,to friends when i go home on holidays ,to my relatives every month to greet them.after that when i have been introduced to interner by our teacher when i was doing my post graduation i stopped writing letters althrough they are good.Now my freinds r online everyday from their workplace and even me .we will chat and email when it is necessary. I kept the letters of my friends,relatives,parents and new year,festival greeting safe in an album . i open it often and recollect that sweet memories.Thanks
