Is there any way I could go to the last response ?

That would be so wonderful! The problem with that that I've noticed would be that people can add comments onto posts, so if you went to the last post that you read, you'd miss out on comments added. Another board I'm on has the option to quote previous comments, so they show up at the end of the discussion, but refer back to what was quoted. I think if Mylot did that, you wouldn't get credit for the length of the total post (including quote) but just for your part. It'd be nice to see happen though!
