I am unable to get referrels

Many of the sites where I looked into for making money asking for referrals. I find it very difficult to get referrals. Most of the people I know, I requested to act as my referrals. Unfortunately none of them interested. Would you kindly help me as to how to get referrals.

I have a few sites on my website where you don't have to look for referrals to make some money... I know how hard it is to find them, and it is even harder to KEEP referrals. Sometimes people sign up (to do you a favour, or they think they can work with he site) but then stay lame as a snowman... those referrals are no good to you or anybody, certainly not if you want to make some money.

I also have some problems to get referrals, especially for mylot. But about all the other sites, I have an idea:
