We were just starting to see the grass below the snow and its sunny and fairly warm here today(45 degrees) a big change from the lousy weather we have been having. Now I just got an alert on weatherbug that we have a winter storm warning in effect and it's suppose to drop 6-8 more inches of snow on us! I wouldn't mind if I lived in Alaska But I live in New York! What is the forecast in your part of the world? I myself don't think I will ever see the grass this year! UGH!

I am in Wiscosnin and I am in a winterstorm warning right now until tomorrow morning.My area is around 4-7" in my area. My yard was totally white this morning but it melted.It's around 2PM and nothing is happening at this second but it is windy. Bbbbrrrr.....

lol, i am heading back to mississippi at the end of the month, i have been in hawaii ever since hurricane katrina flooded my home, i am heading back to try to pick up the pieces of my life. i am and have been for four years sick with cancer, this is going to be real hard for me, but with gods help i will make it. i look forward to seeing some seasons in the weather, we have one long summer here. when winter rolls around again it will have been three years with out a winter, i can not wait to see it freeze. i was not meant for the seasons to be the same all the time. if i could i would trade places with you untill it warms up where you are, lol.

Wow I am so sorry to hear that you were affected my Hurricaine Katrina and also sad to hear that you have cancer. It will be nice for you to see the seasons change. I would love to trade places with you also! I'd love to see Hawaii it's always been on my list of places to travel to but I never have yet. Thanks kkerix!

Bummer huh? And this is April/Spring?
I live in Minnesota and got the snow today.
So far about 2 inches of slush fallen.
Supposed to be near 60 Tuesday.
Maybe then I can get my new flowers planted finally.
Just got my lawnmower from the shop & it sits in the cold dank garage.
Hahaha! Thanks and keeep warm.

We have gone from freezing cold weather to glorious sunny weather over the last couple of weeks. WE have had no rain for almost two weeks now and that is very unusual for this time of year. It is so warm that I had to switch off my central heating and the heat at night is keeping me awake. However, I am not going to complain as I have had my fill of bad weather and I will just switch on a fan at night in my bedroom.

Wow! To think it is supposed to be spring, & you have a storm coming.And snowing too. I would never see this.
It is the opposite for us. Autumn is supposed to be here, in Adelaide. And yet we have had 7 days straight of 30 degrees celcuis, or higher. It is so unusual for this time of year. Mostly it is beautiful weather.
Unfortunately this means our drought has not been broken.
