Does anyone make any REAL money with PTR/PTP sites?

I'm beginning to wonder if I bite more than I can chew so to say. I just recently signed up for a lot of those different pay to click and read e-mail things...and yes maybe I can make a few extra bucks from it--but oh, my gosh---now my e-mail inbox is inudated with tons of those e-mails to read--help!!!! I'm just beginning to wonder if it's worth it
