Anybody can tell me how avoid spam email?

just selest or open that email (spam one) and add it to sapm and then it will go to your spam flder and you wont have to worry about it a lot

Avoiding spam can be difficult once companies get your e-mail. I'd recommend deleting your e-mail account with all the spam and starting a new one. I don't think it's a software issue, companies just get your info somehow...

Sure...most email settings now these days have something called a "spam gaurd". You can set a filter of what emails come in. For example, mine is set really high so only the emails from people and companies I know can come into my regular box. Anything else would go into my "junk mail" box. Now, here's something that not many people are aware of, but when you go to sites and type in your email, more than likely you'll get something from them.
