Hi bobkimcc and welcome to mylot. I love Chinese food and I'm sure a lot of people do. Is qingdao a city in China? Are you from Qingdao? Well I was wondering about the recipe of the rice in the image you posted. If you know how to make it and it's easy I sure would appreciate if you could tell me.

qingdao is a city in China.
the water game will be taken in qingdao in 2008.
I know how to make it, but I don't know the correct the weight.
the mince meat(pork, or beef depand on your favor)
vegetable(tomato,cabbage,celery)
oil
salt
soy
monosodium glutamate
mix them
and then make the doughy wrap the mix.

Thank you for the recipe! I will try to figure out the quantities for the ingredients. Okay then next year I will watch the water games to get an idea about qingdao. I'm sure it's a beautiful city. Thanks again bobkimcc and welcome again on mylot.

we do love chinese foods even before that we were in th phillipines and right now here in US - Chinese buffet always the choice. we also make some homemade chinese cooking of dumplings fried or steam , chicken schezuan , beef with brocolli , chicken noodle soup or the chinese birthday noodles.
we also love the siopao for snacks or sometimes dinner of congee with century egg and beef meatballs.
