It's everywhere. Let me list off songs I can think of with a highly Middle Eastern influence: 50 Cent - Candy Shop Pussycat Dolls - Buttons Shakira and Beyonce - Beautiful Liar Chemical Brothers - Galvanize everything by System of a Down (obviously) I probably forgot a few, but the point is, it's widespread now. And I, being someone who enjoys the style a lot (and someone who myself is Middle Eastern), am a huge fan of Middle Eastern music being in. Name more good songs that are American or done in English in general, but are Middle Eastern influenced. Share your thoughts on the whole trend in general.
