Cold turkey commercials--Where's his head?

Have you seen them? Here's my question. Is it a headless turkey? I mean, is that the neck that he's talking and smoking out of? Does that freak anyone else out? A headless, talking turkey. The commercials always crack me up until I see that freakish turkey. Then I'm just kind of grossed out. What do you think?
