Two flight of stairs a day works the same as taking 3 pills of Orlistat everyday

We've all heard about the health benefits of using a stair. But we were not given exact details so we hardly belive it. But now, do you know that taking two flight a day works the same as popping three pills of the obesity drug Orlistat? In one study, it was found that taking two flights daily will burn enought calories to take six pounds off the average man's weight. Further, in the course of two years the same practice was found to be just as effective as taking thre pills of the heavily promoted obesity drug. This means that you can save thousands of dollars and gain more health benefits other than losing weight. And you also need not to worry about future side effects. But on a sad note, in another study by conducted by the John Hopkins School of Medicine on the 17,000 adult shoppers at a Baltimore mall, fewer than five percent of the shoppers who are not burdened by bundles, babies and obvious physical disabilities use the stairs. By putting weight control signs at the base of the stairs and elevators, the number increased to 7 percent. Still, 93 percent chose the escalator over the stair. Hopefully, people will be encourage to finally take the stairs instead of the escalators and elevators. When that time comes, there will probably less health problems related to obesity.

well, nice one! Now I know my work would fit me right... As a reportorial staff in our school publication, we have to go out the office and find news in our beloved school...(damn beloved??? LOL) I have to go down from the 4th floor and roam around our school for i guess 30 minutes and go back upstairs to make the news article whenever i find something good to write about. Now that i found out about this amazing exercise, i guess I'll double my rounds at school so that i can flatten my tummy up... LOL...Thanks for the info!

School and house are two places we hardly have no choice but take the stairs-that's is if it do have one. Since, I'm no longer a student, I now I the bathroom on the second floor of our house. This means I have to go up the stairs a number of times per day. Hope you and I lose weight doing these.
