What do you think about Mohammad Asraful?

I think Mohammad Asraful is a great batsman.Sometimes he shows unbleiveable confidance.But he needs to keep it continue,he needs to be consistent.He has the ability to tkae Bangladesh team in a good position but very few times he does that.What do you think about that?
