i got nasty e-mail.i got ip address and location. while registered he lieing. how can i find his real name

There are websites that you can find out who owns an ip address (not sure how accurate these are) http://www.schwarzl.com/ipcheck.html http://www.dnsstuff.com/ http://whois.com/ (check by domain name)
