why Peter Petrelli blow up?

One of the Heroes, I believe his name is Ted, is radioactive. It is believed that at some time in the future Peter will meet him and absorb his power and be unable to control it. Peter is at the moment learning from another Hero with the power of invisibility to control the powers he has already absorbed.

I think that it will enter in contact with Ted ande he will not obtain to hold as much power.

he absurbs power off other heroes and if u have seen a man in the desert working with hise hands making small explosive's or if u seen the episode when the cop and 2 other heroes come to claire's house u will understand it better ;)

i think the future will be changed, instead of peter petrelli silar will blow up instead. anyway what with saving new york = saving world ? its not the end of the world if new york blow up, isnt it?
