do you follow certain routines? do you go to the gym? or do you exercise by yourself. i do exercise by myself and i do random exercises. i dont follow a certain routine. sometimes i jog, sometimes i go swimming, sometimes play basketball, but most of the time im doing taekwondo and aikido. im a martial arts freak. i always find time for exercise to keep myself fit. i really want to keep myself fit all the time and i got used to it. i will have a bad day once i fail to exercise for consecutive days. maybe its something psychological or my body just got used to it already.

I've never been a particularly active person...until about three months ago. I've had two kids, and I work full time in an office setting, so I hardly ever get exercise. One day my husband told me I needed to fit into an evening gown I haven't worn in years...by April 22nd. He won't tell me why, but all I know is for the last three months I've been exercising and dieting like a fiend to achieve this goal. We have a Bowflex, and I use that about 4 times a week, low weight, high reps to increase stamina and to lean out rather than bulking up. I've been extremely careful about what I eat as well (which is a huge part of staying fit). I choose my calories carefully, and I always take into consideration how active I'll be able to be today before I eat something "bad" for me. Sometimes I need to vary my routine, though, and I'll pop in a dance video, or go for a quick run, or just play with my kids for an hour. The coolest thing about regular exercise though is that even if it's hard as hell to get started with, once you do it regularly for a while, it's as though you become addicted to it. It's crazy. I'm practically craving the Bowflex right now, in fact. :)
