Anyone willing to share their first poem ever in here??

Hello everyone, i love poems very much and would like to share it to everyone here at myLot. This is my first poem which i compose 15 years ago. I know this is not the best poem but for me my first poem is always the best memory i ever had and i still remember where, when, why, how do i come up with this short poem. I hope there's someone willing to share their first poem too in here. :) Thanks!
My poem is entitled 'A sick world'
Shouting, fighting, hatred, chastism and cring,
why this is happening?
War, disaster, famine, misfortune and maltreatment,
Where is love, justice, respect and tolerant?
News and rumors in every part of the world?
What can i do to help the people?
Deat, maladies are happening everyday,
But the only thing that i can do is to hope and pray.
Having pity on such traumatic lamentable news,
But all i can do is cry and sigh over the woes,
CAn we bring back the hope from the brier?
Is it possible to have love our greatest prior?

According to my father, this is the first poem I ever wrote. I don't remember it, but he had it published in a magazine. I think I was six or seven at the time.

fear the lightening
not because it can kill you
though it can
not because it holds the energy
of the gods
but because
it can mystify you
entrance you
and tempt you
to feel

I have literally thousands of poems. Several of them have been published, but only in "small press" type magazines, nothing to be too proud of. Writing was a big deal for me for most of my young life, but because I associate it with certain things that happened to me when I was younger, I write pretty rarely now. Once in a while I'll get in the mood to write though. =)
