why people need break

why a player need a break from game and go for study for and why a student wants a break and go for play . is "break" is realy necessary

Yes break is essential. Human beings get bored up doing a particular thing so they need some change. In case of a student, he/she gets bored n mind is exhausted so for refreshment n boosting ourself they need some recreation. Player gets tired so needs a break as he needs energy again.
