I understand that bison is the fastest-growing sector of the meat business. It's also reported to be much leaner than beef. Do you eat it? How does it taste? How do you prepare it?

I've had it although it has been a while. I liked it. There really wasn't much of a difference between it and beef. A bit stronger taste to it. You cook it just like you would with beef. I've had it as a roast and as hamburgers. There isn't that much of a difference between bison and cows. Buffallo are just bigger for the most part. They are very similar in what they eat and the way they are built so the meat is going to be very similar.

Hello Hart57.... I've had Bison many times and I love it. To me it tastes better than beef. Any recipe you use for beef can be used for Bison. Tom
