Well have have to say these are important facts.I always keep banana's around my house.I always eat at least one banana per day but i also lots and lots of times eat 2 per day.My husband also loves banana's,he will eat all of them in one setting if i don't stop him...I did not know all the facts about banana;s though.I do weight watchers and we go by the point system and i eat 24 points per day,and a big banana has only 2 pts ,so i always eat banana's but now i also know what all it does for you..thanks for sharing.

thanks for the response. bananas have been a regular thing after dinner. i found that it gave good sleep and helped in improving my digestive system.

Now these are very good information about bananas. I like to eat babananas, but eating very less in winter. In cold weater I don't feel like eating bananas I like to eat it though. But from now I will try to eat it round the year:).

sometimes in winters i dont feel like to eat too. but i eat them by slicing them into hot milk with sugar. yummy

Wowww, that was informative, totalearnings. So I should be on the right track now since I love eating bananas. I always make sure that my table have bananas present. Its one of the cheaper fruits available here. Thanks for sharing. :)
