Greed...This Is Disgusting

I was replying back to those that had posted on my thread about Anna Nicole's baby's paternity, when I looked down at the ebay ads. This ad made me so mad that I had to go see it for myself. Someone has the audacity to sell the domain name "birkheadsbaby.com". The bid right now is at $20,000 or you can buy it now for a mere $1,000,000. Talk about a cheap and lowdown thing to do. Is there nothing that people won't try to profit from? Is there no integrity left in this world? How low will some people go? Would you do this?
Here's the page:

No, they must not have any sense of right and wrong. It's really pitiful. I can't believe how mad I am about it.

You'd think, but hey ebay profits too, so why would they deny the seller. It's just all twisted, sick and wrong. Thanks for your response.

People are so bad, and they do almost anything for money. I am also disgusted by this behaviour and I get really angry by it. I also do not understand why anyone would even pay that amount of money for a domain - but it is probably more money in it to earn later on...

I'm not sure why you are getting so upset about this. It seems to me that someone figured out a way to make some money. They are doing nothing to harm Birkhead or the baby. This is the modern age and website addresses are valuable commodities. I heard on the news that a royal family over in Europe is waiting to name their new baby until after they obtain all the associated domain names.

I hear you loud and clear. It is very sad, that "God" is the "dollar" to so many people. Of all the creatures in the world, only humans do all the damage and hurts. It is the nature of the beast I suppose, and so upseting to those not like that. Gave you another + rating to keep that 10 star up. Thanks for the great posts sugar.

well no one has bid on it, if that's any consolation. I wonder why someone would do that. Do you think the only motivation is money. I don't think anna nicole smith wanted birkhead to take care of this baby...but that is a mute point now.

As wrong as it is it does not surprise me. People are so greedy that they forget it is not money that buys happiness and Anna Nicole is a prime example of that. No I would never steep to these levels for a quick buck.

As of right now, there aren't any bids and I'm sure it will stay that way. You're right, though, how greedy can a person get? Nothing is sacred anymore. How sad.

Okay, that is disgusting. There is no end to the schemes that folks dream up to make a quick buck. The guy selling that domain will be laughing all the way to the bank.

I think people will go pretty low, as a general rule of thumb. I feel bad for that baby, nd I feel bad for Anna Nicole's mother. The poor girl went off the rails and dragged a lot of innocents along with her.

That just sounds nuts to me. Well he doesn't even have a bid yet and I would be shocked if he gets so much as $20 for the website address. I have never understood the whole selling off a domain name. Some get a really big price tag. What on earth would anyone put on the site anyways?

Actually I won't get upset about that..I think those kinds of pranks or what ever it is, is very spread that most of the time it won't surprise me anymore.
because of this infamous issue about anna nichole I think most people become numb about the whole thing that this kind of agenda won't be taken seriously.

that is sad. does noone think on this baby? what has this kid to go through till it becomes and adult? there are so many out there who try to make money and step over everything they come across. how bad our world changed, its horrible. i dont dare to think what comes more and what they all try to do to make an easy buck. i feel sorry for our kids, because they have to handle this all.

In a way I can't believe it, but in a way I can. People just don't care anymore when it comes to making money. Peoples morals and values seem to get flushed down the toilet with each passing day.
