How often do you shampoo your hair?

I really do not recommend washing your hair every alternate day if your're using shampoo. If you have dandruff, you should be washing your hair everyday, but without the shampoo. I suggest that you massage about 4-5 drops of oil into your hair every day before bathing (or every night if you wash your hair in the morning), and then wash your hair with shikakai powder and neem powder mixed in water. That is what I use, and I find it very effective. I wash my hair everyday

i wash my hair everyday, it is so hot here in the philippines and i'd get sweaty the whole day so atleast i wash my hair once or twice a day, dont want any bacteria living in my head and hair hehe.. ;)

3 days ones...............i want 2 get my hair shiny so i wil put egg[no yellow] b4 shampoo

i use shampoo once a week..at the weekends..have a long time bath in the sundays..i love that!!!

I wash my hair every alternate days

I keep saying i am going to try and curl it sometime and see what it looks like but i just never get the time to sit down and do it.My hair is a medium color. It is down to my shoulders in the back - shorter in the front. It is extremely boring. i do not style it much at all. I just wash it and let it dry - usually I do not use a blow dryer. I may sometimes wear it in a ponytail.
