How can I get driver's licence in UK? Please tell me the whole procedure and the web site for that.

Uhmmm you dont get your drivers license through a website no offense.
If you mean how do you get your current license turned into a uk license you will have to contact the DVLA.
If you dont already have a license, you will have to take first your theoretic test, then lessons and then practical test, a process that can take months.
