What would you do if you found out your friend was transvesdike

I was working with a very pretty girl at a part time job some time ago... and I notice there was something kind of odd... but not trying to discriminate i became a really good friend of hers... days and weeks and months went by and I started to notice changes in her voice...and the way she walked... also she would always say she needed breast implants... she smoked like a man and sometimes the man in her would pop out. Her boyfriend was 50 years old and she was only 23... I accidently came upon some pictures of her in a suite...still to this day i don't know if she is a women or a man because she is soooo damn pretty..but the fact that she is hiding her true identity is making me mad every day what should I do tell her I think she is a man or wait until our friendship fails because she is un-truthful
