Does music have anything to do with mood?Is music the relife when you're in bad mood? What kind of music would you like to listen when you're in good and bad mood?Between soft music and heavy music, which do you like better?Do you like pop music?Do you like hip-hop and R&B? Hip-hop is my favourite. What about you?

I have had a wide range of exposure to music, from big band to rap. I can't say that I like all of it, but it does give you bigger choice on mood music. When I'm in the mood to cry, you can always count on country music, lol. When I'm in a good mood I tend to listen to classic rock, or pop. My daughter has even added a few rap songs to my list of favorites, but only a few, lol.

Music definitely affects mood. I did a little "research" exercise once by playing some acid rock to one group and soft music to another group then did some relaxation techniques with both groups. The latter group relaxed much faster and easier. I also had each group check their heart rates. The acid rock group had faster heart rates after listening to that music.
