hi. Got to put together a 10min. lecture on Fins. However the time given to me is very short. I have looked onto various sites but most are on sales of equipement. Doing this lecture assignment is new. I must have an 1.introduction- Covering objectives defined,value of the topic to students, main points outlined. 2.Body- covering a knowledge/understanding and Delivery. 3. Summary- key points. any help on how to go about this and information would be of great help. I have been given 24hrs to do it and never have done this before
