Generally, most people wants to lose weight either for health purposes or beauty. But there is groups of people who really cant gain weight no matter what they eats. When they do gain weight, they quickly lose it again. Being fat or overweight is naturally not healthy. It exposes many health related issues beside being unattractive physically. Who do you know anyone who is fat and healthy? Or fat and happy being fat? Or fat and unhappy about it? Being thin in a healthy way is beautiful. But being underweight or rather skinny also expose another health issues. What the difference between a thin person and an underweight person? Does anyone have any tip or advice about how to gain weight and stay that way? I like to know anyone who is not happy being thin. It is very difficult to gain or lose weight, no matter what we all need professional help if we fall into any of these 2 categories. Trying to do something extreme to remedy these conditions will do more harm than good. So, just relax and remember, it is not a good idea to live up to people expectation.

Happy Man - Happy man is Fat.
Do you know happy man or laughing buddha? I posted the picture. Like happy man, my aunt (mothers younger sister) will always laugh and have fun, she is healthy and weigh around 160 kgs. Eating bread and potatoes will help to put on weights. Some will not become fat even if they eat a lot. Intestine worms are the main cause for this. All thins are not healthy.

I do overweight when I was still in school. Now I control what to eat and lots of exercise. Not for a good body though, just for a healthy body. So I prefer healthy.
