Scorching heat. OMG I can't even walk one kilometre back home. It's too much for me to take. The temperature's rising and is going to the next level. It has already touched 35 Degree centigrades and is rising day by day in my city. The heat is turning up a little bit. I can't take it. I'm gonna be scorched soon enough if it's not gonna stop rising.
Has the temperature in your cities has risen too? What do you feel when going somewhere? Do you go out during noon or evenings?
I've already started using fans on full-speed.

The weather here is crazy as well. we have one day of 35-38 degrees and the other day, it is raining and the temperatures are only 14 degrees. I think we are going to have a very very difficult summer. And i can tel you that i already started dreaming again of Australia, where the weather is supposed to be cool, this time of the year.
I really do not know what to tell you, this weather influences me badly, and i have days that i think i am going to faint, if I'll walk another two meters in this heat. If i had a choice i would travel each summer to another country for three to four months.

Here in Vancouver, Canada, we're JUST getting into double figures lol .... today was around 12 degrees Celsius. Coolish but a pleasant temperature nonetheless, or at least, it WOULD have been if not for the rain.
I do enjoy when the temperatures rise though. It's nice to sit in the shade of our patio and watch the world go by in the hot sun. I have a fan for my bedroom though because it gets warm in there on a night, especially in summer, even with the heat right down.

I wish it would warm up here. We had one solid week of 70 to 80 degree Fahrenheit weather here, that started the flowers blooming and most of all the trees to start getting their leaves and blossoms. But it went right back to dropping below freezing at night and it's killing my outdoor plants despite doing my best to cover and protect them. It's getting aggreviating. Plus I perfer the heat over the cold any day.

Erm...hit the enter key to soon.
I don't mind walking around when it's hot outside. In fact I love it, since it helps with my skin condition. Actually I think it's the humidity that helps, but we don't get that unless it starts warming up outside.

It doesn't make any difference what time of day you walk, in spite of what anyone might tell you! You'll burn the same amount of calories if you do it in the morning or in the afternoon. The important thing is that you do it! The easier it is to fit into your schedule, the more likely you'll keep it up. So this is simple that even more heat won't make a difference on your body . I got this theory from one of burning fat site. Even I don't trust this.

But i'm used to it and it works fine to me. The heat is strong and i'm used to it but this time around the heat waves are too much strong here.
