I am going to marry a person who is 3 and a half years younger than me . but in our conventional society usually the husband is elder than the wife. so is it any thing weird or out of the way to marry a person who is younger than you

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this. If you are both in love, age makes no difference, no matter who is the older one. My wife is actually 11 years younger than I am, and that could be frowned upon in some cultures also, merely for the age difference. We didn't have any problems, but I still feel that, if it was the other way round, and my wife was older, people get a different opinion. I don't understand why.Good luck to both of you.

no never when you people are ready to accept each other then what is the problem.once you make commitment then you don't see age in between, you see the person.Take my case.my fiance is 1.5 yr younger to me.we love each other.may be he loves me more than i love him.so it is not the age that matters its the person that matters.

yes arken my fiance too loves me more than i love him . but i think being in india u will understand it better. people just turn their heads wen they hear oh he is younger than u ? like that so it makes me a liitle uncomfortable. seeing our faces no body will recognize it cause my face is sort of childish only so thats a blessing but if by other sourse they come to know they just get surprised . ok lets think that our sachin tendulkar, aishwarya rai, rajinikants daughter are all like us only . then also they are living happily thanks for ur comment

For me there's nothing wrong about the age gap. As long as you both love each other that's what matters most.
