How bad is traffic congestion in your city?

The state of traffic congestion in my city is so bad that I loath going to the city centre. It usually takes you more than an hour to come out of the congestion, this makes one waste valueable time doing nothing in town. How bad is the situation in your city? I am praying that my city becomes free of congestion but I wonder how this can be achieved?

Couple of years back i used to get stuck in the traffic for more than 2 hours during peak hours. Now, flyovers and outer ring roads have reduced the traffic Jam, though slow moving traffic is quite common.
