When I see my family album..... the old photographs are yet so much better. They were taken by my parents when I was young. The ones I am talkin about are the "Blank & White Photographs". Beleive me....... if you want to enjoy taking photographs..... the real tidy way..... you need to stick to the old ways. I think the change over of "Still Photography" from B & W to Color did no good. It has just made it bad. The sharpness of the old photos is 100% better........ it shows the real you. I know the world will not think the same........ there would be people who would think the other way round. But, for me........ its okie for the "Cinematography Films" to graduate from B & W to Color........ but, Still Photography should have been B & W......... its better that way round. Yes..... thats true that these days if you have a "B & W" camera....... its like....... your are obsolete and its real hard to search for B & W photographic films.... but, people still use B & W cameras and B & W films are still available...... only if you love still photography and only if you have the time to search....... :) What do you think about this?

Black and white photos may not necessarily come to be, by using black and while films. Although color films might have been used to shoot a pose, a black and white photo can be printed out of a developed color film. If you have a developed color film, it will now be a matter of choice as to whether you will have photographs printed in black and white or in color or you can have a copy each of two kinds. It will be different if what you have is a negative in black and white, this time, you can have the photos printed only in black and white.

Wow......... I never knew about that. Thanks so much for sharing the information. I never knew about this possibility. I have a few color snaps of mine which I really wanted to have in "Black & White"....... I'll talk to my local photographic lab guy and see if he can do it for me...... :) Thanks a lot

I wouldn't want just black and white though. Yes many of the pictures are striking in black and white, but I want to see the colours of the world as well, a beautiful beautiful or bird or flower in its natural colours

I like black and white photos. But i like colour photos more than black and white photos. We should learn to accept the latest developments in technology. Many are converting the black and white photos to colour photos.

I love black and white photos. They are very beautiful. My daughter takes black and white photos of her children all the time and they are almost always better than the color photos. I agree that color for movies was a good idea.
