hello and welcome.... if you reach your nominated target by the end of an month you will be paid on or around the 15th of the following month....if it goes into your paypal account you can then transfer the money you get into your normal bank account, Paypal usually charges $1 if you withdraw less than $150 I think.....

Don't worry PAYPAL is absolutely free to create. You can get yours paypal money either by wire transfer or through cheque. Currently PAYPAL is very popular payment method and it is better than other payment method like e-gold, moneybookers.
So if you have paypal account you can earn money online easily. For more information checkout my post of EARN MONEY ONLINE. Currently I am getting more than $10 per month into my paypal account.
