Hello, I want to ask you that if in future you wanted to become a computer engineer and your parents disagree with it and told you that in future you'll have to become an accountant or whatever they've said to you,So will you do the job that your parent have said to you or you will do a job with your own wish? I'll go with my parent's because they know what is good for me and what is bad for me so thats why i think any decision they'll make for me will be wiser for me. What do you think about this?

Remember when you were a kid and threw a tantrum because your parents thought you should come inside, and you wanted to stay out and ride your bike around the block one more time? More recently, you may have haggled over curfew hours, your use of the car, or your cell phone bill.Selecting a job is different from other decisions you make with your parents because the roles of parent and child are essentially reversed. When considering jobs, the ultimate choice is yours, but your parents need to play an active role in the process—and you should welcome their involvement. The trick is achieving a delicate balance of including your parents in the selection process while shouldering the task of finding the best college for you—not an easy job for most students. The two most common areas about which parents and students disagree are cost and distance from home. Being prepared for disagreements in these areas can help you avoid them. Even before you begin to consider specific jobs, you should sit down and make a list of what is most important to you in a job—and ask your parents to do the same.

Anybody should do what he like to do. The most important thing is to do your best whatever you do. If you do something you dislike you will be probably never the best in that thing. I am an engineer, my parents are accountants. Anybody told me that I can't succeed with engineering, but I like engineering so I choose engineering. Now I earn more than both of my parents together. I am good in what I do because I like my job. Big companies pay a lot if you are good in what you do.

be what you want to be. Do not follow your parent's wishes. Yes they want the best for you. But your choice is not a bad choice (a computer engineer). If you had said I want to be a burglar and my parents told me to be an accountant, then I'd say follow your parent's advice. Remember in 10 years, when you're working. You'd better be enjoying every minute of your work. If you don't enjoy being whatever your parent wishes you to do, you're not going to enjoy life
