my problem.2 years ago my ex and i were together but having finacial prolems after a bit of discussion we went with a debt management company that took our debts my husband then walked out on us the debts are 2 joint bout 3 in his name and about 9 in mine he continued to pay the debt money but has now decided to go bankrupt he has told me that after consultaion with a soliciter if he goes bankrupt it will wipe all the debts out the joint one ones in my name and his this is because i dont pay anything towards the debts is this true i dont think it is and i have spoken with a solicter and she said its not true either just wondered if any one could shed some light on this
