Have you heared about "Tinnitus"?
This is a situation of non stop whistling,piping, hissing in the ear, somtime it's more or less but always noise.
If some of you know about this I'll happy to have your story or comment, thanks.

It's very common and most people have, especially as they get older. It's usually a sign of hearing loss, or damage (which face it, happens as we get older) and is actually the absence of sound. That ringing or whistle is basically a frequency you can no longer hear.
